 Specific activities of CES are:
- Research activities - Implementation of basic, developmental and applied research in the field of European integration;
- Educational activities - Organization of education of domestic and foreign students on domestic or international postgraduate and specialized studies;
- Documentation and information activities – Composition of electronic database accessible to a wide range of students, teachers and researchers at home and abroad, which, except for programs, research projects, research results, publications, conferences and other activities of CES, would provide information about related programs and about research and institutions in the country and abroad;
- Scientific meetings and professional conferences - Organization of scientific and professional, national and international conferences in the field of European integration and related activities;
- International cooperation - Promotion of cooperation with research institutions and organizations from the country and abroad, dealing with European integration or European studies, including the exchange of outstanding researchers, teachers and students in both directions, in the form of regular postgraduate teaching, international seminars, summer or winter schools etc.;
- Publishing - publishing and encouragement of publication of books by local authors in the field of European integration and publishing and encouragement of publication of translations of notable books from European and world production.
The CES activities are realised by projects (scientific-research and other) and by approved postgraduate studies. CES with its activity may cooperate with similar organizations at home and abroad as well as engage in networks and projects of related institutions supported by international organizations such as the European Union, NATO, Council of Europe, OSCE, EBRD and other international programs or projects. |
